What is the Ultimate Park Workout?

This is definitely a workout experience with a difference, incorporating modern & scientific training principles, designed by Dan Gabb Personal Training.

What better location than in Cheltenham’s picturesque parks and gardens.

No gym, no treadmill, no MTV, just fast, fun and very effective training.


Do I need to be fit to take part?

No previous exercise experience is required; our workouts are specifically formulated to cater for all fitness levels, from the absolute novice to the seasoned athlete.

What can I expect to do in my first workout?

Every workout is different from the last. Incorporating some of the most exciting fun and effective training techniques available, you can get fit and have fun in the great outdoors with a great bunch of people.

The following training concepts are included in our workouts.

  • Fartlec training
  • Circuit training
  • SAQ; Bungee runs, ladder / hurdle drills
  • Boxing training
  • Medicine ball resistance training
  • Sports adapted group based activities

Are the trainers qualified?

This is not a boot camp; Dan Gabb & his Personal Trainers are highly skilled, highly trained exercise specialists who are experienced in working with clients with a wide range of fitness requirements.

We deliver a complete workout package for the summer, which incorporates both the scientific park based exercise sessions and the complimentary dietary guidance so that you can achieve results fast.

Who else will be in my group?

You can expect to meet other individuals who are serious about getting fit but also want to try something new and exciting. At Dan Gabb Personal Training our ethos of cultivating a warm and friendly atmosphere is ever present, therefore it’s a great place to meet other like-minded people.

Workouts last only 45 minutes. It is short, sharp & effective training aimed at whole body conditioning. Preparing you for your summer hols without compromising your busy day

Sessions cost £ 6.50 for adults and £ 3.50 for students.

What can I expect to achieve?

If we were to say, ‘you get out what you put in we would be selling ourselves short’.

Our trainers are here to help you to achieve the best results you can in the least amount of time, by encouraging, motivating and inspiring you to train effectively. You will also get dietary guidance and advice relating to how you can increase your regular physical activity during the Spring/Summer months.

You can expect to achieve the following:

  • Increased cardiovascular fitness
  • Enhanced muscle tone and strength
  • Weight loss of a minimum of 2lbs per week, (depending upon your needs).

That’s right you can lose almost a stone in 6 weeks! Imagine how great you will look on the beach!
